PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 1-316  POWERS, RIGHTS AND DUTIES.
   The person or firm so appointed shall have the same powers, rights and duties and be subject to the same penalties, as regularly elected Borough auditors, insofar as such powers, duties and penalties are applicable, which the person or firm so appointed shall perform.
