§ 16-113  EXCEPTIONS TO DOMESTICATED ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS.
   This Part shall not apply to any person who uses the domesticated animal if he or she is legally blind, to any person who uses the domesticated animal for police enforcement or investigation, or to any person who uses the domesticated animal as a service dog. It shall be the burden of the person claiming this exception to produce evidence to support the exception.
