§ 16-112  DOMESTICATED ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any domesticated animal to be present on the recreation complex, regardless of any confinement or restraint of the domesticated animal by means of a leash, chain, collar, cage or any other device used to restrict the domesticated animal’s ability to move freely about the recreation complex.
