1. The Board may, if it deems it proper and necessary for the proper administration of this Part, select, from the citizens of the Borough of Minersville, an Advisory Committee, not to exceed 15 members.
2. The names of the persons selected to serve as members of the Advisory Committee shall be submitted to the Borough Council for approval.
3. The Advisory Committee shall meet regularly with the Board, but shall not have voting powers.
4. The members of the Advisory Committee shall serve without pay.
5. The members of the Advisory Committee shall serve for a term of one year but are eligible for reappointment in successive years.
