§ 13-302  FEES.
   Before the Mayor shall issue any license for any purpose aforesaid, the party applying therefor or liable thereto, shall pay to him or her in advance the following fees, to wit: [A.O.]
      A.   Circuses. A fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [A.O.]
      B.   For any exhibition or amusement on the public streets. Fees in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [A.O.]
      C.   For skating rinks. Fees in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [A.O.]
      D.   For moving picture shows. Fees in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [A.O.]
      E.   For lectures, concerts and entertainments for sacred or charitable purposes. No fees shall be charged for said license.
      F.   For any show, exhibition or amusement, of any kind, not already herein specified, held in any public hall or academy. A fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [A.O.]
      G.   All other exhibitions or amusements. A fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [A.O.]
