PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 1-217  BOARD VOTING.
   No resolution shall be passed by the Board, nor shall any order for the payment of money by the Board be made, unless decided by the affirmative vote of the majority of the members of the Board. A resolution or order so passed shall be conclusive.
