1. The Board shall create a fund to be known as the “Playground Fund”, into which shall be paid all of the moneys or property received by the Board from any source.
2. Any gift, grant, devise or bequest, any money or property, real, personal or mixed, which may be made unto the Board shall be placed in the Playground Fund.
3. All income or profit derived from any and all games, sports, entertainments or form any and all other sources or events conducted by or under the supervision of the Board shall be paid into the Playground Fund.
4. Any appropriation which the Borough may see fit and proper to make for the benefit of the Board shall be paid into the Playground Fund.
5. Any money or moneys received from any and all other sources by the Board shall be paid into the Playground Fund.
6. The care, management, investment and disposal of all such money or property as is paid into the Playground Fund shall be vested in the members of the Recreation Board.
