§ 1-212  POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD.
   1.   Keep in convenient form such data as is necessary for the proper functioning of the Board.
   2.   Advise annually the Borough Council as to any special appropriation by the Borough to the Board.
   3.   Prepare an annual account of the funds and assets of the Board, and submit the same to the Borough Council.
   4.   Prepare an annual account of moneys received and expended by the Board, and submit the same to the Borough Council.
   5.   Prepare a monthly statement of the business of the Board and submit the same to the Borough Council.
   6.   Keep a record of all of its proceedings, which shall be open to inspection by the Borough Council at any time.
   7.   From time to time adopt such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this Part, for the administration of the provisions of this Part, and for the transaction of the business of the Board.
   8.   To prepare a general map or plan of the playground, and submit the same to the Borough Council for approval.
   9.   Subject to the approval of the Borough Council, to buy or lease such materials, properties and/or equipment as is necessary for the proper operation, maintenance and improvement of the playground.
   10.   Subject to the approval of the Borough Council, to employ such person or persons as may be needed for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Part.
   11.   Perform such other functions as are required for the execution of the provisions of this Part.
   12.   Meet regularly once each month and at such other special meetings as may be called by any member thereof.
   13.   To conduct such campaigns and drives for the raising of funds as the Board may deem proper and necessary.
