§ 10-301  REMOVAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   From and after the passage of this Part, it shall be the duty of the Health Officer of said Borough to remove from the streets and highways of said Borough all dead animals and all other articles or substances which are, or may become, detrimental or dangerous to public health.
