The Borough may enforce this Part by civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction for the collection of any amounts due with interest due on said extraordinary expenses and services at the rate of 6% per annum, beginning as of the date the costs and services were incurred, plus attorney fees incurred in collecting such sums and for any other relief that may be appropriate.
