8.04.010: PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The purpose of this chapter is to safeguard the public health, safety and general welfare by establishing certain minimum standards, provisions and requirements for sanitation, safety, location, and use of all trailers hereafter located within the unincorporated area of Mineral County, Nevada. (MC Ord. 20A § 1(1), 1965)
