§ 1725.01.1 OFF-STREET PARKING.

At least two off-street parking spaces shall be provided for each new single-family dwelling unit, and for each unit of a new multi-family dwelling structure. Such parking spaces shall consist of a hard surface such as concrete, asphalt or compacted limestone.
