§ 1737.11 CUMULATIVE REMEDIES.

The rights and penalties provided in this article are cumulative and not exclusive, and are in addition to any other rights, remedies, and penalties available to the city under other provision of law. The city’s actions in pursuit of remedies under this article shall not be construed as an election of remedies and such other remedies as may be available by law may also be pursued.
