§ 1737.05 VIOLATION.

(A) Any property determined by the Chief of Police and/or his or her designee to be a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this article and subject to its remedies.

(B) Any owner of property determined by the Chief of Police and/or his or her designee to be a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this article and subject to its remedies.
