MILTON, WEST VIRGINIA CODE OF ORDINANCES
§ 1736.99 PENALTY.
   Any person found to be guilty violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day on which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
