§ 1728.02 AUTHORITY.

   (A)   By the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, W. Va. Code Article 16-1 and Public Health Laws, and the state’s Bureau for Pubic Health Chapter 1, Article 5B, the water purveyor has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources or any other substances from entering the public potable water system.

   (B)   The Milton Municipal Water Works rules and regulations are hereby adopted.
