Any person found to be guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 1727.01 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500. Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 1727.02 shall be fined not more than $500, or the offending motor vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense. Each day’s continued violation of any provision of this article may constitute a separate offense.
