§ 1721.04 INVESTIGATION AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   All applications for a mobile home permit shall be investigated by the Code Official, the Chief of the Fire Department, the Chief of Police, and by such other inspector or inspectors as Council directs, from time to time, by resolution. Such inspectors shall make a report of their findings, in writing, to the office of the City Recorder, who shall transmit the same to Council at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
   (B)   If it is found by Council that the proposed mobile home will be in compliance with the provisions of all applicable ordinances of the municipality and statues of the state, Council shall then approve the application and direct the Code Official to issue the permit.
   (C)   Upon approval of an application for a permit, the applicant shall be notified, in writing, by the Code Official that such application has been approved. If the provisions of this article have not been met by the applicant within 60 days from date of approval, the permit shall be revoked.
