MILTON, WEST VIRGINIA CODE OF ORDINANCES
§ 1717.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever moves any building or structure over or upon the streets, alleys, or sidewalks of the city without first obtaining a permit or in violation of any condition contained in such permit shall be fined not more than $1,000.
