(A) Any person found to be guilty of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person who shall violate a provision of the City Building Code, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 per violation. Each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense and may be subject to the imposition of separate fines for each day the violation continues.
