§ 1705.19 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.

A service charge will be imposed on all credit/debit card payments. The amount shall be equal to the actual charges from the financial institution for processing payment, or the transaction fee set forth by the payment processing company.
