(A) For a permit for the demolition of a building or structure, the building fee schedule shall be used. All bond demolitions must meet the standards and regulations of all state and federal agencies.
(B) Before a permit can be issued, a $200 bond shall be posted with the city.
(C) An asbestos report must be received before a permit is issued.
(D) Bond will be released once the property is free of debris, seeded, and strawed.
