§ 1705.03 SAME - NOMINATION, APPOINTMENT, AND QUALIFICATIONS.

(A) The Mayor shall appoint a qualified individual as Code Official, as is qualified under such rules and regulations as the State Fire Commission or the City Council may adopt. The Code Official shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor and the Council.

(B) The Mayor shall appoint such number of inspectors, technical assistants, plans examiners, or other employees as shall be necessary for the administration of the Code Official Department, as authorized by the City Council.
