§ 1705.02 BUILDING CODE OFFICIAL - OFFICE CREATED.

The City Code Official is hereby created. The person appointed to head such office shall be known as the “Code Official” and shall have the responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of the State Building Code and the city code and such other responsibilities as assigned by the Mayor and/or the City Council.
