§ 932.13 CONSTRUCTION SITES.

   Any person performing construction work in the city watershed shall comply with the provisions of this article and shall provide erosion and sediment controls that effectively prevent discharges of pollutants to a storm drain system. The City Council may establish by ordinance standards and guidelines implementing BMPs designed to provide erosion and sediment control from construction sites.
