Unpaid storm water services charges shall constitute just cause for disconnection of public water service to the non-paying property. The Director shall ensure sufficient notice of disconnection is issued no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled disconnection and that notice of disconnection is posted on the affected property no later than five days prior to the scheduled disconnection. Water service shall be reactivated only upon full payment of the storm water service charges or other payment arrangements approved by the Director. In any event, all fees and costs related to disconnection as set forth in water and/or wastewater tariffs or ordinance shall be collected prior to reconnection.
