8-2-20: RESPONSIBILITY OF LICENSEE FOR EMPLOYEES:

Each licensee is responsible and liable to prosecution for any violation of any provisions of this chapter pertaining to his licensed premises and for any act or omission of any servant, agent or employee of such licensee in violation of any provision of this chapter. (1978 Code)
