A. No package store licensee shall sell, dispense, deliver or permit the removal of any alcoholic liquor from the licensed premises between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M.
B. No retail malt beverage restaurant or dispenser shall sell, dispense, deliver, or allow the consumption of any alcoholic liquor from any licensed premises or permit the removal of any alcoholic liquor from any licensed premises between the hours of two thirty o'clock (2:30) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M.
