8-2-12: BRINGING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR UPON LICENSED PREMISES:

No licensee of the commission, nor any agent or employee of such licensee, shall keep or knowingly permit to be kept, brought or consumed upon the licensed premises any alcoholic liquor not allowed to be sold or served upon said premises. (1978 Code)
