8-2-10: SALES BY UNLICENSED PERSONS PROHIBITED:
No person shall sell alcoholic liquor unless he has a license from the commission to sell alcoholic liquor. Sales by a licensee or his employee shall be only such sales as are authorized by the license issued for the premises. (1978 Code)
