8-1-8-4: MISREPRESENTATION OF AGE BY MINOR:
A.   No person shall, being less than a certain specified age, knowingly represent himself to be any age other than his true age with the intent of securing a right, benefit or privilege which by law is denied to persons under that certain, specified age. (See also section 8-2-9 of this title.)
B.   Being unmarried, knowingly represent that he is married with the intent of securing a right, benefit, or privilege which by law is denied to unmarried persons. (Ord. 372, 6-22-1972)
