8-1-7-2: WASTES, DEPOSIT OF:

No person shall deposit any vegetable waste, litter, garbage, filth, or refuse of any nature, kind or description, which shall be detrimental to the public health, in or upon any private alley, yard or area, or upon any public street or alley, except where the same is temporarily deposited for removal. (Ord. 372, 6-22-1972)
