A. No person shall with intent to cause substantial inconvenience to the owner or to another person, and having no right to do so, nor reasonable ground to believe that he has such right, tamper or interfere with property of another.
B. No person shall, while having no right to do so nor reasonable ground to believe that he has such right, intentionally damage property of another, or recklessly damage property of another in an amount exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). (1978 Code)
