8-1-5: POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA:
Possession of marijuana under one ounce shall be punishable upon conviction in municipal court by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). (1978 Code)
