6-1-8: GARBAGE CONTAINERS REQUIRED, SPECIFICATIONS:
Garbage containers, except those for recycling, shall be owned and provided by the city.
A.   Containers shall be kept clean inside and out, so that no odor nuisance shall exist.
B.   Damage to containers other than everyday wear, such as fire, graffiti, etc., shall be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether it is located on a public street or on private property. (Ord. 785)
