5-1-7: CALLS FOR BIDS:

The council may direct the city manager to advertise for bids for construction of all or part of the improvement project. If part of the improvement work is to be done under contract bids, the council shall proceed in accordance with procedures of state law for public contracting. (Ord. 681, 3-25-1985)
