A. The municipal judge of the city of Milton-Freewater may, upon application of any city officer, agent or employee acting in the course of official duties, issue an inspection warrant whenever an inspection or investigation of any property, real or personal, is required or authorized by any provision of this code or other regulation or ordinance of the city relating to health, safety, sanitation, zoning, or public nuisance. The inspection warrant is an order authorizing the health, safety, sanitation, zoning, or public nuisance inspection at a designated place for the purposes set forth in the authorizing regulation.
