3-1-9: PENALTY:

In addition to establishing grounds for revocation of a license, the failure to perform any act required by this chapter, or the performance of any act prohibited by this chapter, is designated as a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each separate violation. (1978 Code)
