All mobile vendors engaged in the sale of food shall comply with all local, federal and state laws, rules and regulations regarding food handling, and all vehicles used for the sale of food or merchandise by mobile vendors shall comply with all applicable local, federal and state laws, rules and regulations respecting such vehicles. All mobile vendors shall further be responsible for cleaning up each day all litter originating from his/her business and within a one hundred fifty foot (150') radius of the location where any sales occur.
