2-2-1: MEMBERSHIP:

The planning commission of the city shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the city council. Six (6) members must reside within the city limits, however one member may be a resident outside the city limits but within the city's urban growth boundary. (1956 Code; amd. Ord. 721, 1-25-1988)
