1-8-1: SEAL:

The corporate seal of the city shall bear the name of the city surrounded by a hurled outer ring and a dotted inside ring with the words "Official Seal" within the inner circle. The seal shall be used to authenticate all acts of this corporation. (1956 Code § 1-001)
