11-1-3: INTERPRETATION:

The planning director shall have the responsibility of interpreting all terms and provisions of this title. Formal interpretation shall be requested in writing on forms provided by the director. Issuance of a formal interpretation shall be considered an administrative decision, with appeal as provided by chapter 13 of this title. (1978 Code)
