§ 32.16 AUXILIARY POLICE OFFICERS.
   There is hereby created a unit of auxiliary police officers appointed by the President with the approval of the Board of Trustees and subject to the following:
   (A)   The operation of the Police Department Auxiliary Unit shall be in accordance with Chapter 351 of the Millstadt Police Department Policy Manual.
   (B)   Auxiliary police officers shall not have Conservator of the Peace powers.
   (C)   Auxiliary police officers shall not be required to be residents of the village.
