The minimum land/cash contribution requirement for each subdivision shall be as follows:
(A) (1) Land dedication:
(a) Single Family Residence Districts (R-l, R-2) - 4% of the total area.
(b) Multi-Family Districts (R-3, R-4, R-5) - 8% of the total area.
(c) All other districts - 8% of the total area.
(2) Requirements are based on population density and impact.
(B) Cash contribution: $30,000.00 per acre.
