The Municipal Clerk shall furnish the members of the Planning Commission for their consideration, a copy of all ordinances, plans and data relative to public improvements of any nature, and of requests before the Zoning Board of Appeals for amendments to the text of the Zoning Code, the rezoning of land, or the issuance of special use permits. The Planning Commission may consider such actions in relation to the Comprehensive Plan, and report in relation thereto for the consideration of the Village Board of Trustees, if it deems a report necessary or advisable.
