§ 152.102 LOT AND STRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Minimum lot area: 20,000 square feet.
   (B)   Minimum lot width: 125 feet at the established building line.
   (C)   Minimum lot depth: 150 feet.
   (D)   Minimum setbacks:  
      (1)   From front lot line: 25 feet.
      (2)   From any side lot line: 25 feet.
      (3)   From rear lot line: 25 feet.
   (E)   Maximum structure height: 60 feet.
