Every principal building erected in any “A” District shall conform to the applicable requirement as outlined as follows:
(A) Minimum lot area: | 10 acres |
(B) Minimum lot width: (at established building line) | 400 ft. |
(C) Minimum lot depth: | 500 ft. |
(D) Minimum setbacks: | |
(1) From front lot line: | 25 ft. |
(2) From side lot line: | 25 ft. |
(3) From rear lot line: | 50 ft. |
(E) Maximum building height: | 35 ft.* |
