*The “minimum area” requirement (which is intended to prevent spot zoning) refers to the smallest total area of contiguous parcels that can properly be given the particular district classification. The minimum area requirement is no satisfied merely because the acreage of numerous noncontiguous parcels, when aggregated, happens to equal of exceed the minimum area indicated above. | ||
