§ 33.11 VILLAGE TO FURNISH EQUIPMENT; SUPERVISION; INSURANCE.
   (A)   The village will provide and make available to the Union Fire Company such firefighting equipment as the village sees fit and proper to furnish. The village will make available to the Company the present firehouse for storage of the firefighting equipment and provide for the repair and maintenance thereof.
   (B)   The Company shall furnish supervision for the proper maintenance of such equipment and building, the expense of which after prior approval by the village shall be borne by it.
   (E)   The village will keep in effect certain policies of insurance to cover the risks of workmen's compensation, property and public liability claims in the principal amounts as are now provided.
