(A) From year to year, unless written notice to terminate shall be given by either party at least 60 days prior to May 1 of any year, the Union Fire Company is given the right to fight and control fires within the corporate limits of the village.
(B) The undertaking of its responsibilities hereby created shall not entitle the Union Fire Company to any benefits or consideration from the village except those specifically herein set forth.
